Designed by world class custom knife maker Jon Sorenson, the new Evo T rocks an uber mean and angular Tanto grind. Jon’s Rotten Design insignia is tastefully emblazoned on the lock side adjacent to the large external stop pins. Beneath the exterior attractiveness, a steel lock bar insert interfaces with the blade tang and also functions as an integrated lock bar stabiliser. Dmitry Sinkevich’s Multi Row Bearing System (MRBS) has been used to achieve a brilliantly smooth and fast deployment and closing action. A bark textured finish has been applied to the 3D contoured titanium handle, which not only adds visual depth, but also provides a unique tactile experience. Where many pocket clips are an afterthought, the Evo’s 3D machined Ti clip is seamlessly integrated in both design and function. The S90V blade is ground with a tall belt satin hollow which looks drop dead gorgeous. It’s seriously hard to stop watching the grind lines play with the light.
